Cynthia spoke to a group of National Endowment for the Humanities’ scholars studying the National Women’s Political Conference that took place 40 years ago November 17.  Sisters of ’77 will be featured at a commemorative event at the University of Houston.  Former First Lady Roslyn Carter will be honored and all the formers and present First Ladies  have been invited.
